If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 1 hour of placing the order. You can send an email to support@decentprint.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Please note that all personalized and custom-made products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
Customers must record a complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the final product. Without this video proof, no complaints will be accepted under any circumstances.
Replacement is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
A replacement product will be provided after verification. Shipping charges for replacement may be applicable. The original product must be returned with all tags and packaging intact.
Return is not applicable for any orders as all products are customized and made to order.
While we take utmost care in packaging and quality control, if any damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for assistance.

For product-related queries before placing an order, you can contact us. We can provide real product photos or videos via WhatsApp or email.
Refunds are not applicable as all products are personalized and customized according to customer requirements.
Once the order is processed and customization begins, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
If there is any defect or error from our side, please report it within 2 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as replacement or correction.
Refunds will not be issued for changes in personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer.
