3. Order Process

• Customers must provide accurate details while placing an order
• Uploaded images/logos should be clear and of good quality
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹)
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
• Full payment must be completed before order processing

5. Customization Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for correct spelling, design, and image quality
• Content must not be illegal, offensive, or copyrighted without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Customers must have the right to use any logo, image, or design submitted. Decent Print is not liable for copyright or trademark violations.

7. Production & Delivery

Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier service. Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Since products are customized, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

9. Limitation of Liability

Decent Print shall not be held liable for minor color variations, delivery delays, or any indirect losses.
